My New Site was Hacked

    I just need some help.

I have a new site "sacada2.com" just 3 weeks I guess, but unfortunately this D.O.M TEAM (hackers) doesn't seem to like my site. It's been more than a week now and my Host cannot restore it.

I tried to change the nameserver and point it to sedoparking, but that D.O.M TEAM still there.

What's the best thing to do with this. Is transferring to other hosting service could solve the problem? Could I also ask for refund for my 1 year hosting?

    Thanks in Advance.

What do you mean when you park it the team is still there? I don't see the team there... It's just when the hackers have access to your hosting plan or ftp access, then they can alter or delete files and modify to make a defacement page..

If you think it was your host that is the fault, then sure ask for a refund and move on, but if it is a trustworthy host, then maybe not.

Just check the site and you're right the team has gone.

You might want to find what cause them to gain access and deface. If it is your script, there is no need to put it back on, yoou will be hit again. If it is your host that got it, change host.

Ask your host to install Mod_security along with CSfirewall. IT will fix almost all http based attacks if they have a good set of rules

It will take a while for the DNS to propogate if you have just changed the nameservers.
