    I do not know but some of the sites like having alexa rank less than 3000 are providing such things so i think there is no probs with this.

    placments are ok, but you need to see what works and then change things around when it doesnt

    You should be careful about providing copyrighted songs for free distribution. It's a violation of intellectual property. Anyway, the adsense placement looks ok but I would suggest you could even add 1 more ad unit at the top of the page to test it out. Use channels to help you on the tracking.

    adsense looks ok. if you change those 460x68 ads with large boxes you will earn more but you might have less visitors.
