Nice, but if you're looking for constructive critism:

I'd actually prefer the search box further down the page. Also there is no privacy policy that I can see. I like to see what you're doing with my data

An 'about us' page would be nice too.

Love all the options. Everything very clear. Where are you pulling the results from?

 

running on a script i bought and modified to be a meta search engine pulling results from Altavista, MSN, Yahoo, ASK and Dogpile

 

Pretty cool. I'll try using it defaultly for a bit and see how it goes.

 

I Agree With Firmaterra, I Would Like It further Down The Page,
And Also Centered More Than It Is Now.
I Mean, I Dont Know Alot About Search Engines, And It Seems Like Your Ding A good Job.
I Also Like The Images next To Your Results When You Search,
Very Good And Easy To Use.

Have you taken the script the script from any other SE?

Do you use your own DB for getting results?

 

it looks really good! congrats. even though the only things I do not like if you want some tips, they are;

1. I think you need a better logo
2. the whole search box needs to be lower

other then that it looks good. keep it up.

 

Nice, I would also say put a link to a list of the more complex search queries you can perform if possible.

Such as the "searchthisexactstring", +makesurethisisincluded -noresultscontainingthis etc.

 

Good on you for doing it! .. personally i think the logo needs to be better quality, it looks grainy.. also give your page some spark, you will need it to make a impression on your users. other than that awsome!

 

that's actually using a Search Engine PHP script , you need to work on the layout buddy....a good nice html template would do ..

 

Cool, I like how you have screenshots of the page when you do a search. You might want to add something on the first page, it looks very plain before someone does a search.

 

Brilliant - absolutely love it. The search results deliver really well.

Would be great if on the main page the search could be centered.
