    Most of the time when I was interviewed for managerial post, they didn't ask me about my skills, they always to knew how I lead my accounting department? How I defuse the problem? How do I learn and work them? Like creativity or new ideas or know? Can work in pressure or not?

    I suggest, also have answer of above question in your mind.

    And have skills of an leader

    As you are a team leader you know everything. So, they will ask for your strategy, your plan. How will you move on. What would be your game plan. How you control and manage your team. These type of questions may be.
