    There are many proxy sites on the net, I think you have to make the site
    stand out in order to be successful. The site looks crammed the ads are
    too close to the search box. You should consider adding an image or
    two to the page.

    That's right! you have to make it unique, the design and layout is not the best one out there, that's for sure, maybe you could use a new logo too ;)
