My New Movie Review Site

    Anyone care to review my new site : www.flickrev.com ?

    It's basically just a WordPress blog that automatically syndicates movie reviews from certain RSS feeds and posts them. Just wanted to get a review on the overall usefullnes, look etc.

    The pull link has a pretty cool effect. Personally I hate dark sites, to hard to read especially for a review site which is all text.

    I agree. I found it very hard to read the text with the black background.

    I don't know why people keep saying that :confused:. White text on the grey background looks extremely easay to read to me. Weird eyes - we never know how people see things - me looking at blue might look like yellow to some people xD. Anyway thanks - I'm not going to change the skin though - I like it xD. Maybe if everyone finds it hard to read then...

    Yeah I don't mind dark layouts either. I like that pull effect too. Good luck with it!

    I like the site, but the letters are kind of small, maybe you can add a effect like the pull to increase the font? ^_^

    very nicely designed site. the gray color is very easy on the eyes, not like other dark sites. no need to do any changes. just pull those ads little above.keeping them at bottom won't earn much IMHO

    Thanks for the suggestion guys. And yeah jack, I've made 25 cents lmao, but I'm trying to figure out a way to put them in the main site. If I put them at the end of a post, the rest of the posts get stripped away :/. Still working on fixing it :p

    Traffic seems pretty good thus far, around 180 uniques in 4 days :). Hopefully traffic will only get better :).
