    Perhaps your main categories should be visible on screen without having to scroll down.

    Oh I tried placing them horizontally but the table would always stretch and distort the whole layout.

    If anyone can do it for me I would be glad to send you the file :)

    I feel that i would maybe even look nicer, if the feedback form would be allready in text area, no as popup window.
