    Well you put few videos there that's good one. Try to use some other WP themes for your blog. Also make some detials for every videos like durations and others.

    ALSO: The template needs a customized header, it's way too generic.

    I agree that you need to work harder on the banner..and actually..on the whole template itself, it is too generic, i am sorry =/
