    I believe it is Webmaster, anyways...

    1) There isn't enough of contrast between the gray background and the green border. Darken up the background or the border.

    2) You overuse the gradient effect, it is in your header, and in both nav bars.

    3) I don't know how you feel about it, but with your header, you might want to make one logo, not have different elements floating around the header.

    Just my perception, best of luck.

    Your site needs a lot of work....it looks like a site designed by an amateur and not by any professional....sorry for being harsh,but thats what i feel.

    I will get a professional header/logo later on.

    design-wise, I am an amateur, but will that prevent people from using the tools on the site? I just need somehting that isn't harsh on the eyes - doesnt look like a scam.

    the contrast is a lot better now but not sure if its just on mine but viewing thru firefox the border seems to be missing from the top left?? Works fine in IE tho....

    The outer border hurts my eyes, please make it darker, or smaller. It would be better that way I think.
