I've finally decided to take the plunge and add a forum to my site again. My previous forum wasn't much of a success so I'm hoping this one will fare better.

Please visit: Astronomy Forum and tell me what you think.

I could always use new members too :p

get rid of the session ids, your links currently look like http://www.spacewallpapers.net/forum/index.php?PHPSESSID=1f8a4c5ea18fde255cad020f2ff82418&board=1.0

if your on an apache server enable the clean urls from the admin section.

That's strange, I've enabled the SE friendly links feature in SMF. I don't see the session IDs when I look at the links?

lol, i think the forum ovarall needs a different skin of some sort, i dunno how easy SMF are to skin tho.

It needs to be more spacey (not not empty space) but stuff like stars/planets etc.

A stary background would probally look good.

I'm struggling to find skins I like and I don't know much about SMF. This is the first time I'm using it. I'll have to see if the forum is worth the effort of trying to figure out how to create a skin from scratch.
