Your forum is looking nice look for the better header for your forum and get more members for your site
The site looks really nice. I think the best start is get some content. Perhaps make a sticky on each thread detailing what is acceptable in each thread. Start a few topics yourself. After this get more visitors by posting in other forums with a signature link to your forum. Good luck!
The forum is really good and I really like it. Just do little bit promotion and do new contest and you will start getting members.
