My new events website needs a great logo! You can see the design of the site here. The project will profile events, conferences, shows, meet-ups, festivals and other great things to do across Asia. Although we are using blue as the primary colour for now, this may change to red/orange at a later date, so the logo needs to look good on any background colour (including white for T-shirts etc.) I really like this logo and would like something similar that conveys people/fun/events/festivals etc. etc http://www.2010taipeiexpo.tw/welcome/welcome.html I like the colors, shapes and the simplicity of this logo a lot. I want to keep the logo friendly, colorful yet easily recognizable and brand-able. --- I will leave feedback for every logo submitted to the contest, and will transfer $20 to the winner.

I'm not keen on the text layout, and think the icon could be improved a little (although unsure how), but it's defo on the right track.
