I like the design, but I don't like your pricing. No offense, but I wouldn't pay to be listed in your directory.

I could not see if anybody was actually advertising with you.. But my suggestions are

1) Your site looks very nice.
2) I went into Doctors and you have 2 Doctors Surgery listed.. but when I click on them no information is in them.. also on the main page of doctors it might be worth either putting part of the address on because if I did not know which one was closest I would just stop looking.. (for new to the area people)
3) I am not sure if dentists or doctors would pay any subscription or schools etc..
4) up to you but I know alot of sites do this. Free for people in this area for a period of time.. Local Businesses for 12 months to try before you buy option.. Or a free basic listing with optional upgrades FOR LOCAL BUSINESS ONLY. cos your competing with yell, google adwords, thompson etc..

I love the menu up at the top, I just think your domain is huge and it will be hard for users to remember is just a quick suggestion, You should pick a smaller domain name, otherwise the site looks great.
