My New Directory Need your sites

I have created this new directory http://www.directoryhi.com and want to invite webmasters to submit your sites free.

Reciprocal is not required but I highly apreciated if you give me a back link...

When trying to submit to the "internet" category, I get the following error -

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/director/public_html/process.php on line 1

I will submit a few sites when able to do so.

Added 2 thanks. I'm not sure if my descriptions are the correct length. You say that 'short' descriptions will not be accepted, and I assume there is a maximum as well.

Mine were between 150 - 200 characters. Thanks again.

I went to submit a couple sites, but could not find an "Submit Your Site Link" link anywhere. Am I blind?
