My new design - Please Review

I've been working on a new design for my website. This is a 'sketch' of a design idea i've been working on. Before i proceed i'd love some feedback. Tell me what you think, especially about the colours:

Hey, is the site really dark blue? Or just the image? I really couldn't read the text as it was blending in with the background.

You definitely need more contrast between the writing and the background, because it is very hard to ready.

Also, you may want to consider blues that aren't as bright as those, and a more stylish font than times new roman, i.e. tahoma, verdana

 

Change the bright blue into something more eye-friendly.
The space between the boxes is too large.

 

I think it is a little "blue". If you want to stick with the blue theme, I think maybe you should change to some lighter, pastel shades. But nice layout.

 

You need some more colors in there.

It is a bit much blue.

Making the text white would help a lot.

 

Too blue ...changes the banner,font,color ..everything

 

Too dark a little, it’s hard to read your logo and text.
