So as of last thursday my first venture in the Music industry went fairly successful. My newest company threw a fairly successful hip-hop concert featuring Wu-Tang member Killah Priest. At the age of 21 I'd say the coolest part of the whole thing was hanging out with the rap artists after the concert. And the second coolest thing was the fact that I MADE MONEY doing something so f-ing FUN! Though stressful at first, I had to put a lot of money into the initial setting up of the show, purchasing time at the venue, paying the artist, etc. However I think I've found a new calling. Though internet money is great, When you can invest $10,000 and double it all in one evenings worth of drinking and music you know youve caught on to something good. Anyone else here involved in the music industry? I'm currently trying to get artists for some winter show rosters in New England!
Congratulation Mate, I am not related with music industry. But want to say you best luck for big growth or your company
coming along very well. Im still developing a ton of websites to get regular income from the web with very little maintenance but Im trying to get another show together.. I've contacted a few artists such as Mobb Deep and Raekwon The Chef, and The Clipse and plan on doing another concert pretty soon. As long as I promote the show I should get all my money back and double it up. The easiest legal way to double $10k I've ever heard of. haha
