    It's at www.blu-raybliss.com
How can I promote this website without sounding desperate?
How can I advertise to Blu-ray fans without interupting other Blu-ray forums?

First suggestion - get a new logo for your site. Something more professional looking...the one you have doesn't really fit the site. Looking unprofessional will scare away customers.

    Other suggestions/ideas:
    - Write reviews for movies and submit them to ezine articles and similar article directories. Include a link to your site in your 'bio section'. Submit at least 1 article per day.
    - Become an active message poster in related forums. Include a link to your site in the 'signature' area. Whatever you do, don't post a topic promoting your site. This is seen as spam and will definately make you look desperate.
    - Try YouTube, Myspace and other social network marketing. For more info on how to do this search this site or google.
    - Try PPC advertising.

    Hope these help...

High-tech site. Great for showing off design skills but may be problematic if you want traffic. First of all, the "warez look" may turn visitors off. Some people associate warez sites with trojan horses and spyware. Also, get a good logo.
