    Pretty basic site. Another site popped up when loading your site. It
    was also a bit slow to load.

    Its also hard to tell the actual theme of your site from teh get go.

    Could improve the header text. Too much data related to traffic. Try to make it a bit more neat and clean.

    I think, that the header should be quite different:
    - light background
    - the keyboard on it just grap all your attention when see page for first time, maybe some logo will be more suitable

    Hmm...I find it rather odd that it's not about cellular tips and tricks as what is written in the title. Even the posts are rather short and just filled with images.

    The site is too cluttered for a start. Remove one of the collums and allow more room for the text and also try not to use so many images.

    Jazz it up is what I'd suggest. Also if I were you I'd move the stats down and your blog indexes up because the latters are more important

    Side bars are very complicated, maybe clean that up a little.

    Maybe remake your header, it's the right colours, i just dont like the font that's being used.
