For long term (3 months of plans)= Make SEO, collect links from web sites related to your content. Search engine traffic (organic) is effective and it gives you high ctr For short term plans= Stumble your post (do not submit your whole pages in same day, i recommend you 2 pages/a day ratio. Also use other social bookmarking tools, digg,reddit etc.
Also i have a servage account to. There is 5t of bandwith limit but you'll see that your site will be down when you reach the front page of digg. Because servage has a "hit counter" and if you are over it, your site will down. It's sad but true.

Here's a great link that organizes and displays every possible directory you can submit your site to.. Major search engines like having your link out there is in as many places as possible.. Kind of "any press is good press".. Make your site popular.. Start with this..
