My new blog Header please review

    I'm done with my New header..
    Before I was asking for a review for what's the best header that fits my blog and now its all done..
    What do you think of it? Does it fit my blog theme?

    I would like to see some thing more in your menu links.

    Also i can some black space in header, fill that with follow us on twitter/bookmark us etc., etc,
