My neighbours are making my life hell!

I had the tenants up stairs leave their bath running and it ruined the entire floot, ie my ceiling.

 

Report them to the police, I am sure there are laws against that kind of behavior.

 

Is there a reason why you can't move, one that's better than not living miserably ?

 

you can report them to authorities but i dont think authorities will ignore you unless you have a proof a video would be nice to make your self clean, you dont like to be arrested as one of them do you? cause you mentioned they are using your room as a den

 

You can set up a website with live video cam of drunks and druggies, and put some adsense on it to try to make some money.

 

dude, you CAN do something about it, but a heed of warning for you. Dont try to be a smart ass as Hindi filmi heroes. Even if u complain 2 cops, that guys will haunt you or even physically damage you after they do their time. So better thing is try to find another flat. Its the punch line for you
