My navigation syatem is drop down boxes but does google not sees the links

    I don't think so. Provide href links and a sitemap....

    if your navigation is drop down, then at the bottom of the page, you can add the text version of navigation as well.

    I would also recommend either placing text navigation at the bottom of your page, or at least a sitemap link. You should also create and XML sitemap and submit it to Google Webmaster Tools.

    well since google will read the html of your pages, i'm pretty sure that it will follow your navigation. it's always a good idea to provide text links though, for your users, as list boxes aren't always obvious.
