My Name Is Wrong On Check

    My name has 5 parts. First 4 parts of the name are 100% correct on the check. But they have messed up with the fifth. Its "Prem" on the check which should be "Premarathna". The name in my Adsense account appears correct. What should I do . Should I go to the bank with this stupid check from a Giant Corp?

    Its reliable solution is to get new cheque from the issuer. In other case bank will refuse to pay the amount.

    Get the check canceled and request new check after correcting your name, I would say.

    happend to me too. But don't worry just deposit the check and it will go through. Thats what i did and it worked for me. Don't waste ypur time by trying to re-issue it it will come back with the same name on it.

    I put only 2 parts on my account on adsense while it is 4 parts on my real name.
    But when I go to bank, there's no problem so far, as long as I give my ID and driving license..
    Have you try cash it out ?
