Simple black bacground, make a gradient or so
Arrange content a bit, it looks disordered
Also, make it smaller in width as its too wider

 

I dont mind the width. First thing I wanted to do was turn the music off though (iTunes is open here and id rather listen to that, but I coudnt figure out how to turn it off).

Also, your images/headshots are all streched out of proportion. I would fix that, looks odd.

Header looks neat though

 

First of all, turn the music off! That's annoying, if anyone wants to listen to it, they can click on Play. Second, the pictures look crammed and unclear. Try resizing them and maybe lose a few. And third, the text looks out of place. Hope these suggestions help.

The music album has no stop option and the pause option is not working and also the menu are not placed correctly within the menu bar. Check it..
