My MSN Messenger Keeps Disconnecting

Ok so my msn keeps disconnecting its happening since a long time but now i feel its to iritating..and need to find a solution

Basically i think its cause of the wireless connection thing.. loosing packets and stuff

So what is the possible solution to this issue

 

I would suggest trying out Pidgin www.pidgin.im it is compatible with MSN and I use it when I am away from home if the internet at my location is slow.

 

Is your msn the only thing that's disconnecting? the rest of your internet applications are ok? if that's the case, then it's probably something to do with msn itself, not your wireless connection.

 

With this we wont be able to use all the features of msn rite only the ones the built in rite ?

Even my yahoo messenger basically things like chat applications as we can actually notice it directly.. so i guess its my wirless connection itself

 

People can still send you files and I think the Custom Emotions work. I haven't updated my version in a while, I have a friend that uses it I think with Mac OS and we are able to send files to each other alright.

Please excuse me if I am wrong about that. But still its better then reconnecting all the time if it works alright for you. at least people can still send you messages and you can chat without being interrupted.

 

Yea thats rite and does it keep chat logs ?? as thats 1 important thing i need

 

I am pretty sure it does keep logs. I don't see why it wouldn't keep logs since most messengers do.

 

Yeah it keeps logs, the only noticeable feature to the proper software is that you can not use web cams.
