Why is it? Well, if it is maybe you can try apply for Google adsense by using a blog for them to review. I can't see anything against their TOS actually, it's the same as mytinyphone.com.
Running mp3 search site is not an Adsense-friendly idea, unless they have a license for each file they link to.

you are just using the x10media script the only effort you made is the logo (if isnt a ready psd already) any way i just want to say work on it mate change in code and design make some effort
