My mouse is gone.. Please help

Hey Friends,
My genius mouse is not working in my Asus laptop. But it working nicely in my friends laptop. What can I do now ?

 

Have you tried updating drivers/checking requirements of the mouse?

 

You can buy a new one, mouses are really cheap these days.

Why don't you try to use Laptop's touchpad. Its smarter than external mouse.

May be some cat came and ate your mouse?

 

Check out the compatibility of your mouse and your laptop, after that update your drivers and check out if it will work by then. If not, then you need to let go of that mouse and buy another one since it is not compatible with your laptop.

 

I'm sorry but the name of this topic made me laugh. Just imagined someones mouse has off and walked away.

Anyway, as many have suggested, go to the brand's website, download the drivers, install, usually is an instant fix.

 

you can check your port.i think there may have some problem in port.

 

Make sue all your USB ports are enabled..Right click on my computer -> click manage -> open Device Manager -> Open USB controllers, then make sure all ports are enabled..

 

I think there is no problem with mouse it must problem with the the files installed for the mouse would be deleted so re install the mouse drivers to your laptop.
