I withdraw the amount of USD 470 from paypal to my bank account.. In this I done the test withdraw of USD 25.00 for checking on June 09. Remaining USD 445.00 on around July 26th. Still its showing my limit is only USD 30.00 still.. That USD 25.00 is withdrawed before 2 months. Atleast that should gets reset know? But my credit card is not yet verified.. Please let me know what is the problem..
Why don't you give them a phone call and sort out your issue quickly ?? That is the best and quickest way IMO. DON.
I gave request 3 times in email.. They replied as "link your credit card, so that it will reset automatically".. But I dont have the credit card yet.. I am in India.. It there any restrictions for country..
sorry it seem s the only way is you add a vcc to reset it,but remove the vcc(virtual credit card-google about it) after the job done

How to remove the vcc after withdrawal.? Will the account remain verified after the removal too?? Friend, I was also facing the same problem. Though paypal is showing that they are offering 500usd per month trasaction for unverified customers. They are not lifting it until verifying with credit cards.
You can just withdraw the money to ur debit card.. Yup,Your paypal will still verified if you remove CC/VCC
Nope. There is no restrictions. BTW you can verify yourself at paypal through addon credit card as well. You need to apply for that if your parents,brother,sister having one CC with them. Contact your bank branch for more details. DON.
