My Moneybookers is locked with no reason

    i dont know my moneybookers is locked.

    i never send or recieve money. No transation found

    my address is comfirmed

    i sent documents

    i sent them lot of email

    but still have no reply :confused:

    While I know personal accounts have been locked many times, I tend not to believe this really. No transactions, and you verified everything..and they just do not want you?

    So, as you said you had no money in your account? Why not just switch to anything else and forget about Moneybookers? ~ :)

    just contact there customer care service they will unlock it , i don't know but it happened to almost every one
    but believe me mb still rocks

    What reason they given you in their email :confused:

    I think someone tried to gain unauthorized access to your account, or maybe account was accessed by a entirely different IP range.

    I use diferent IP range but my moneybookers work fine.

    They're very helpful. Just contact them via support and you'll probably find it wasn't just for no reason, athough it might not be your fault at all either. Best of luck to you!
