My Mom was a victim of Gas THEFT .. Has it happend to you yet?

    That is crazy.. I mean I know gas is expensive, but do people consider the risk vs. reward in stealing gas? I'm baffled.

    I think everytime we go to the pump were a victim of theft.

    Never happened to me and I hope it doesn't ever. My car does lock the gas cap when the car is locked of course I'm skeptical of that really holding anyone up. Of course I'm pretty sure my alarm would go off as well and that's pretty loud.

    someone has been syphuning gas out of our el camino for 2 weeks straight. seems as though they have been using a 100 foot hose buried under the snow to sneak gas out of our car.

    Yah.. Me too and it really ticks me off. I would buy a hybrid if I could afford one but currently I drive a 99' Malibu. The best part about it is that it is a good car that is paid off!! At least it gets good gas milage compared to other vehicles..

    That sucks. a 100 foot hose.. Wow, did you guys find it or something?
