    you really think you could rank for keywords such as hacks and pranks?

    should try targetting keyword phrases instead, cool pc pranks, playstation hacks etc (do some keyword research), then include them into the description (keep it human readable)

    i would remove
    <META NAME="revisit-after" CONTENT="14 days">

    as this teell the robots NOT to visit your site for a minimum of 14 days.

    also place the title at the top.

    Have you used any keyword analysis tool ? prepare a list of keywords you are going to optimize an put that keywords in meta tags and title tag.
