My Menu Jumps up when page loads with ads on it

My menu on my site jumps up and then jumps back into position once the page loads. It only does this when i have ads on the page. The ads on the page take a second to load and in that second the whole menu moves up and then back down when the page loads.


I am using WordPress any code I can use to stop this from happening?

 

modify taht wordpress and use in it tah problem never come again for your menu
