    - Option to block Affiliates (If an affiliate uses spammy techniques, he can get blocked by the vendor - this is very important because a single affiliate can ruin your reputation or worst, get your domain banned by your domain registrant)

    - Internal messaging system - (Vendors can contact their own affiliates)

    - Customize Checkout Page

    - Backup Payment Processor (If the payment processor is down, the transaction is attempted using another provider - instead of rejecting the transaction)

    - Smarter Fraud System (the current system is known to reject too many valid transactions - any way it can be improved?)

    1. More frequent stat updates. Going 8 hours without an update is totally unprofessional, considering the expenses some affiliates have for advertizing, which makes them vulnerable.
    2. There needs to be greater start up advice for vendors. By removing junk products. And promoting good products. The marketplace is surrounded with junk products. And decent products aren't taking off because of this.
    3. Clickbank obviously needs to employ another 10-20 people just to respond to emails. I presume they are way under staffed. With decent income earners such as myself not being able to generate a response.
    4. I would like to see an overhaul of the current system. I am seeing way to many order form impressions and submits that are not converting to sales.

Their new refund form is ridiculous as it's just causing more refunds. Ask them how much higher the overall refund rate is across the CB board because of this.

I'm taking all questions/suggestions from the post now and will organize the notes. ANything posted after this might not get on the list. I'll report back in the next few weeks.

Longer cookie duration, maybe a year. People have other clickbank products in their account so if the cookie lasted longer the affiliate can benefit from the vendors sales of other product in the same account.

Also how soon are they going to roll out the customized order forms that I have seen on this forum.
