My logo to qr code?

I have seen a lot of companies turn graphics/logos into QR codes. I was thinking about doing that with my logo. Can anyone pint me in the right direction? Give me some tips?

Thanks that page is very useful! I tried a different technique of putting the QR code into my logo VS putting my logo into the QR code... needlesss to say it didnt work out very well (attached). I am going to try the reverse method suggested on that link.
