    Please don't tell me you ruined it with melted cheese on top. Why someone would do that with seafood boggles my mind.

    Thank you everybody!It was a good evening. I enjoy and follow NASCAR so thats why we stayed at home. Well one reason..You know sometimes its nice just to stay within the family and no need to go out. Plus last year I got them a 52 inch 1080-p for ChristmasYou know I said yuck at first thinking of the cheese but you know if you desheld the lobster prior to eating maybe that might enhance the plate a little. Good tip, thanks. My mom is originally from Main so this is how you eat lobster. One of my favorite parts is the green tomolie inside...Thanks again everybody!
