My Live Messenger got problem, please help!

    I have PPStream installed in my pc, to enable my pc to read the Chinese characters in the program, I'm forced to change the local language of my computer to Chinese (PRC).

    Once I did that, I can view the Chinese characters in that program. Unfortunately, I have a new situation, my MSN becomes this. :(

    I'm not the one who is facing this problem alone. Many of my friends are suffering from this error too and we don't know what is going on. Can I reinstall the language pack instead of reverting back? Besides, I just installed Windows 7 into this pc. :)
