my links are rising by 100-150 per day from the same site, good or bad?

I have a sponsored link on a page for a local nbc station that passes PR. Every time a new piece of news comes out, a new page is made and my link is shown. I am getting 100-150 new links a day. is this a good thing or a bad thing in terms of ranking? Each page is a PR6 but from the same domain. What do you guys think?

    1) There wont be any issues unless google identifies that as Paid link.
    2) Each new page created everyday absolutely can't have Pr 6 by default, so you are wrong.
    3) If you are saying, you get 100-150 new links everyday, does that mean new 100 pages added everyday?

link went live yesterday. I was added to a lot of past pages with page rank, and am added to every new page. I think the new pages have a pr6 according to the tool I am using. A new page, is simply a new news story. And since this is a major television network, they have a lot everyday. Feel free to check yahoo site explorer for my site

Well when there are new stories, they all won't have pr6 by default, and unless google finds that it's a paid link, I don't think there is anything to worry about.

If you have added a site-wide link on that site. your link will appear on each page. So its obvious that suddenly there are new links pointing to you.

However, each new page can't get PR 6 overnight. Pagerank is assigned typically after 3 months, but it wasnt assigned for more than 4 months now.

Its virtually impossible that each new page has Pr 6. You might be referring to a blog post which is shown on homepage. Homepage can has PR 6 but if u check the latest blog post, it will have PR N/a by default.

Unless the algo have changed, as long as it is a stady BL gain you are in good shape. I would expect at least PR improvement from it. Links from same domain are no problem at all.
Only when you stop your subscription and all BL from that site suddenly be taken down - that may hurt your rankings
    Keep checking your SERP's.
    Good luck :D

that is correct, but with the sitewide, he got his link on all the old pages as well ( nbc10.com is showing over 47K indexed pages by Google), a lot of them have PR assigned already.

I already covered that in my first point. All i want to say is new page doesnt get PR overnight which he was trying to say in his initial post.

The ads that you are referring to are from TLA

Text Link Ads no longer holds the number one spot for their own name, except for their Google Ad which appears at the top of the result page. There is a lot of speculation that this is a Google penalty.

Google already knows about the ads so there is some question whether the text links still flow pr. If you get traffic from the ads then continue to use them.

I am not getting any traffic from them, they are for seo purposes. How did you know they from TLA right away?

I'm not as smart as Google. If I know then wouldn't you think Google knows.

The links are showing as Google backlinks but there is no way to know if the links are flowing pr.

Your links must be new and will show when google does a backlink update

I did a backlink search in google on one of the other sites with ads on the page and they show as backlinks

Do a search in google for link:http://www.markdhauser.com/ and you will see the links
