My lead disappeared?!

    The problem:

    I logged into my account this morning and noticed I received a new lead. After signing out and then logging in again a few hours later, it had disappeared.

    I've never had problems with CJ until now and I'm wondering if this has happened with others? I will probably discontinue use if this is a major occurrence or if there is no clarification.

    Any help?

    I have never had this issue. If I understand the CJ's system, the advertiser has to jump through hoops before it can cancel a lead/sale. Wait a few hours maybe it will show up again.

    Leads can't disapear ! They can only be removed by advertisers ! Reason - incompleate lead, duplicate lead, etc. ! There are a lot of peoples trying to make a few accounts throught your link, and in this case you need to think about your link security ;) It's easy to make simple landing page with IP checker, so if someone already ordered something in your website, he will not be able to do it again ! :cool:
