My joomla site works with firefox but not with i.e. help

Hi There,
my joomla site pulls up fine with mozilla firefox but when I use Internet explorer only the header shows up. Can anybody help me with some tips. Thanks for your help.

You may need a separate .css file for Internet Explorer, if you don't have one already, look into that.

Yes I have the css file already and I have the same template for another site and it works fine with i.e. Cant figure it out?

 

IE renders padding differently than Firefox. I fixed previous templates of mine that had a great look in Firefox, but were all over the place in IE. LINK

Check out your template with Firebug and FireFox and see if you can get rid of some horizontal padding.
You may have to replace it with some relative positioning in the .CSS file.

You have better reinstall your template and then clear cache, as you have same template running in other site.
