You may need to elaborate a little more as its hard to understand your English. Am I correct in thinking you believe your IT Manager is forwarding all of the emails on the server to his own email account I.E. espionage? If so, could you answer the following: 1. Is it your server 2. Do you have direct root access to the server 3. What emailing client are you using 4. What type of server is it Windows/Linux If you answer the following for us, we can help you further.

you are using MDaemon it's in windows not linux as you said. you must enter the admin control panel to see whats happened? Regards,
Without you having root access to the server, it's limited upon what we can do. First and foremost, what I would do is get access to the server and lock them out so that you can perform checks. There is a chance that if the person thinks they have been caught they could cause further damage so it's very important you get them out of the system ASAP. Once you are in and they are out, you can then run the checks yourself by locking them out of their email account and checking their emails to see if in fact they have been forwarding the emails to themselves. If you don't see the emails in the persons account, go through the mail logs which will show you whether or not the emails have been forwarded on. If nothing suspicious arises, grant the person access again and inform them that a routine server maintenance was being performed by the hosting company which resulted in all accounts being locked temporarily.
