my iPod does my head in

    mebbie it's just me, but i have real difficulty deciding what to listen to from a scrolling list. cds were easier cause i could see them. i haven't got the new ipod yet but if they haven't already they should develop an interface for it where you can see the artwork.
    so i tend to listen to the same albums too much, even tho i've got 12000 tracks. i pod shuffle helps a bit reminding me, but it ain't ideal.

    at the mo i'm listenin to fiery furnaces blueberryboat, the first caravan album - called caravan - from the 60s, and franz ferdinand's tonight album. but i feel i'm neglecting alot of great music!

    Errr... they do and have done for a while. It's called Cover Flow (underneath the Music category).

    Works fine as long as you have added the album artwork in Itunes.

    why scroll? just put it on shuffle and press next until you find someting at random? =)

    i'm a purist, i like to listen to albums all the way thru, as the artist intended.

    You can use the Genius function. That way you can always listen to song randomly.

    You'll need one of the latest ones to get cover flow and genius. But it's worth it.
