My iPhone contact has gone!!!Please HELP...

    Today i am synchronize my phone,After synchronize all my contact has been loose from my phone.I checked
    all option in iTunes to get my contact.But in the Evening after so much searches i found a file name in my
    C drive of my computer data.syncdb.Can anyone know with the help of this file.How can i backup my
    contacts.

    For me , I would be to recover the contact with a Data Recovery.

    One way to back up your iPhone contacts. Try this step.

    1. Open iTunes on your computer.
    2. Connect your iPhone to the program on your computer via the USB connector. Wait until iTunes recognizes your phone.
    This is distinguishable by the word “Devices” at the left with the name of your iPhone directly. In most cases, your phone is named as being your iPhone.
    3. Right-click on the name of your device and then select “Backup.”
