Why does my IP keep getting blacklisted? The only site I have that sends out emails is http://arberb.com(i only send like 5 emails from it to my staff) all the rest of my sites on my server are proxies or they dont use phpmail because of those blacklist I can send emails.

    You are on shared hosting?
If yes then other people in the hosting is spamming with the IP.
I do suggest you to buy a dedicated IP coz its clean.

Your IP might not actually be the source of spam but rather being caught in a wider block. For example, the entire C-class might be blocked if one IP in the range is detected as a spam source.

There is a tool available at http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx which will check your IP against 100+ blacklists.

Is there a particular blacklist that you are having difficulties with?

I would suggest that you discuss this matter with your server provider. The following site would seem to suggest that the UCEPROTECT blacklist may implement wide-ranging blocks based on spam reports from IPs controlled by a single provider (so your IP may not be the source of any spam, but is still being caught up by the block:

could be someone else on the ip block you are in. ive seen ip address get blacklisted because of 'bad neighbors' sending out spam. its not uncommon for blacklist admins to just blacklist an entire ip block to avoid having to manage spammers with more than one ip in a block. check out www unlocktheinbox com/blacklist/bl and put in your ip address, not host name. you get better results with an ip since most BLs support ip over hostname. excuse my url. i cant post live urls yet. just put a dot where the space is.

I think you send lots of mails at a time may be it will add your IP in a blacklisted.

That isn't necessarily true. If you configure your mail server properly, and you've got your DNS set up properly, you can avoid being blacklisted even while sending thousands of emails. You just have to put in the time to set up stuff like DKIM, domainKeys, SPF and DMARC records, etc. Feel free to hit me up if you need any help with this sort of stuff. It's what I do
