Hello all. I promise I am not plugging my website with this thread, but I seriously need some help. Just to get started, I launched an article directory. The actual directory is in a subfolder. The main URL is an intro page, or at least that is what it was supposed to be. Every time I look at it I am disgusted because it looks so amateur. You can see it here. Can anyone please give me an idea of a great intro page that will be appealing and inviting to my visitors? Please help, I need your opinion.
Fist question would be why do you need the intro page? Second question what do you want to hear? What image details to use, etc.? One thing I can tell you red color really give negative impact

Hey that's the man yes that's right you do not need any intro page. Also I know that is very popular (intro pages) among adult websites to tell about parental control, but as I guess your website does not contain any of adult stuff when you do not need it.
