Your site is EXTREMELY slow. Before you worry about optimizing your site, I would advise you to reconsider the design and use of graphics. Below is result of your site's speed.

You either run your site on some really cheap hosting company or from home. It's most probably MySQL that's lagging behind or your have too many graphics.

So I would start with ensuring good speed. Remember, crawlers see slow speed as bad.

-Your title and keyword tags have too many repitions. Remember crawlers use common sense and logic, so when they come across tags like ones on your site, they will get very suspecious, i.e. keyword stuffing.

-Your homepage is very lengthy. It takes at least 5 screens to scroll.

-You have too much flash and Javascript (things crawlers aren't so fond of)

There is a trade off between what you want to give to users and what you want to give to crawlers. Crawlers only knows text and users like graphics. You must find a balance.
