My infolinks more traffic less eCPM (pics)

So. I was getting lousy earnings and i was advised to increase my traffic, so i worked hard on my site and i went from 2k-3k to to 5k-8k visitors per day. But did that increase my earnings? nope.
Because as my traffic went up my eCPM went down, giving me the exact same earnings as before.

Before: 460 avg. Ad views $1.24 avg. eCPM
    [IMG]

After: 1,527 avg. Ad views $0.44 avg. eCPM
    [IMG]

So, what's the point really? you can triple your ad views and they drop your eCPM to nothing so you'll end up earning the same as before..not happy with this network $0.40 eCPM is unacceptable, It should never go below $1.

@blamecoward your Ad Views is greater than your Net Page Views. Thats amazing I wonder how you did that.

The thing that I hate with Infolinks is that their rates are not stable.

Hi there, this is Pamela from Infolinks. I encourage you to write to our Support Team and see what the difference could be. It may be that you have increased your traffic (good job!) but the traffic is engaging with lower paying ads. There could be several factors involved. Good luck.

You are making no sense. Look, i'll put it simple:

If you earn $1 for 1 US visitor,
and then one day you increase your traffic and instead of having just 1 US visitor you have:
    1US visitor + 100 asian visitors,
How can you earn less than $1?

That's because you dramatically change the eCPM EVERYDAY, for no reason. And I said this is because my site stats tell me my visitors don't change as dramatically as your eCPM.
Basically you can set whatever eCPM you want and there's nothing we can do about it.
There's a black curtain that don't let us see where the eCPM comes from in the first place.

If you see adfly for example, they have a CPM for each country
They calculate the total for each country with each individual CPM and then add up everything to adquire the total of the day.

    What Infolinks does is:
1-Everyday gives us a CPM we don't know where it came from.
    2-multiply total visitors by it.
    3-Result? Random disaster.

And i know exactly why my earnings went down, it's because i followed tech support great advice, i'll quote:
"I can see you currently have the InSearch turned off, which is a shame as it can get your earnings a boost, while keeping your site uncluttered. Since it only displays to search traffic, this is one of our least intrusive products! Accordingly, I urge you to reconsider using it :)"

So i Followed the advice, enabled in-search:
Now check this out you are gonna love it:
Enabling in-search increased my ad views but cut my e-CMP in half.
    Disabling In-search fixed this problem.
I get less ad views but a more decent e-CMP which reaults on greater earnings.
Basically In-search hurts the publisher. This is what my results give me after having it off and then on for a week.

So my problem is, Infolinks calculates earnings wrong,
Instead of calculating each country separately with their corresponding individual CPM and then adding all countries earning into a total. You take all ad views RAW from the whole world and multiply it by a CPM we don't know where it comes from that also happens to change everyday dramatically and tends to be very low.

Also if you complain to tech support, and this is priceless:
You can actually SEE how the CPM goes back to a decent level for a couple of days without you changing anything on your site! But then it goes back to low rates..

You're right. Pamela is like a bot. All she had to answer is to write their support, lol.

We need a real Infolinks support here, the one who knows in and out about their program.

Totally, Infolinks get away with it because there's no competition (for no-adsense sites ofc)

I've tried bidvertiser after reading a few positive comments here, but after 16k impressions and 7 clicks i was sitting with 0.01 cent!...i wonder how much they made out of me?

Being a download site i make the most out of Adfly, sadly there's no advertiser network to complement it.

I think we should try all network and see which one give you more earning, for infolinks you can try different combination and choose the best.

Turning off in-frame helps a lot, and also m using in-text for 3 keywords which helped to boost cpm a little
