It looks very nice, but "FREE chat by Volusion" button seems to be too big.

 

Ok I am thinking about shrinking that and putting it in a different spot.

Have any of you guys had problems viewing the flash on FireFox?

 

its nice layout, simple, and fast loading

 

Pros: Website is simple, professional looking, nice layout
Cons: The flash images in the homepage can be numbered so that if user needs to go back and see a particular image (for e.g the free shipping image), the user can click on the number. The categories on the left side can be in slightly bigger font. The overall color scheme of the website can be made brighter. White and grey seems really bland.

If I came across this website on the first page of Google, I would buy something from it without a doubt. I would think about adding that live help chat button above your left menu. When I see those buttons I think that I am dealing with an established business. I like the flash a lot-- clean and professional. I think you could even get away with adding a banner ad on the top to the right of your logo -- might make your website seem even more professional, but you would have to test that out first.

lol at the bottom, it says "godaddy secured"....what does that mean, as i didnt know godaddy "secures" anything...
