my images and css are not downloading

    guys...

    please check this one..http://www.khulbejewelry.com

    in this site, my images and css are not downloading. i have checked all the folders and everything is correct...

    here is the image URL
    http://www.khulbejewelry.com/gifs/khulbe-jewelry.jpg

    it is showing
    404 Not Found
    nginx/0.8.30

    but it is in the directory...

    all my sites in this server are giving the same problem...

    please tell me what to do...
