My hotfile premium account has been hacket

    hello .

    first i contact the support many time and no reply

    my hotfile premium account has been hacket i still can open the acc but i cant change the pw bcz he tell me that need a validation code and i forget it

    i know that some one is using my account because i see that he try to upload some file and i didnt upload it
    he are using my money on the acc to request every 6-10 day a new premium account for one month so i check my earn and i see that i have request this month 5 ht acc why do i need 5 ht acc in same month ??

    so what should i do ???

    your mail account got hacked? if not then request a validation code to mail and reset it. they telling in their FAQ that they wont do any thing against your ac got hacked if my memory is right :(

    You'll see this

    Press "Request code" you'll get the code in mail. then enter it into the field and use the password reset feature above it :)

    Just remember that everything in hotfile is locked on Sunday/Monday during their payment period. You won't be able to change your account until Tuesday now...
