I hired Godaddy hosting, it worked ok up to now, I receive 8000 visits a day and the site is very slow and sometimes it crashes.
    What do you recommend?
    What can I do?
I friend recommended Grid Service by http://www.mediatemple.com/
    What do you think?

Try another shared hosting, try iwhic.
If your receiving an insane amount try a VPS.

8000 visitors a day is a lot... you might consider getting a small vps hosting for this.
it definitely godaddy is not the solution, at having a bad experience with them to.
